Immersing guests of all ages in a world of epic fandom, we teamed up with YouTube to design a three-day ‘Champ Camp’ program. We blended creator-led challenges, Shorts shots, and connection moments in an unexpected way that made every guest feel part of the team, and excited about the game-changing potential on YouTube.
Trick-shot setups, timed challenges, and custom-built games transformed the space into an active competition floor. From the moment guests arrived, the tone shifted from spectator to teammate. Kids led the way through HQ, teams formed quickly, and the energy became active, competitive, and shared.
Games were designed to pull people in quickly and keep them moving. Guests rotated through challenges naturally, playing alongside the creators in a way that made them feel part of the crew.
At PopStroke, Good Good shifted the weekend into golf mode. Putters, scorecards, and branded gear moved with guests from hole to hole, turning mini golf into a casual competition.
By the end of the weekend, every guest left a Dude Perfect super fan (no matter their age). Playing together and sharing the experience turned into real connection, and connection into genuine fandom that only YouTube could provide.
