Lately zz and I have found ourselves having the same conversation over and over. It’s all about AI and where it’s showing up, how it’s progressing and well, how we feel about it. One week, it’s quietly streamlining admin tasks. The next, it’s your therapist. Your life coach. Your late night confidant telling you don’t send that text. Then suddenly, it's recreating beloved art styles with eerie precision or writing cover letters for companies that don’t want them touched by AI in the first place. Week to week, it’s either revolutionary or irresponsible.

AI is everywhere right now and depending on who you ask, it’s inspiring, unsettling, game-changing, or just too much. We’re not here to declare what it all means, but we are here to take stock of where it’s showing up across our tools, timelines, workflows, and wildest ideas.

Over the next few weeks, we’re exploring AI’s many intersections: creative, cultural, practical, and anything in between. Think of it as MAS’s snapshot of a moving target—curious, unfinished, and open to interpretation.

This is a moment to pause, observe and document what’s unfolding. It’s a series of in-progress reflections. We don’t know where it’s headed but we’re locked in and we hope you’ll come along for the ride.
