How do we support our current and prospective partners  during an  incredibly unstable time for our industry (the Covid-19 pandemic)?


MAS crafted a series of live virtual webinars that offered access to Postmates proprietary data, gave industry insight and know-how, and shared uplifting success stories from restaurant partners. As this was Postmates’ first virtual event, they looked to MAS for both our creative and technical expertise.

We advised on and implemented all aspects of the event platform — or in this case, virtual event venue. We seamlessly coordinated the livestream with a full show team, including a show caller and video switcher. And we wove in several interactive moments, such as creative polling, quizzes, and digital handouts. All of these components were developed and integrated by our technical engineering team. The content provided insightful discussions and actionable strategies to help guests evolve their businesses in the time of Covid.

By lending a hand, we set the tone for future partnerships and emphasized the value of working with Postmates. In true Postmates fashion, the event ended with lunch on them: a code for a complimentary meal that attendees could use at their favorite restaurant and a chance to win a $100 credit upon filling out a post-event survey.

The attendees who participated in the Webinar were hungry to take their businesses to the next level and, as a result, we saw record retention rates. In a 62-minute session, attendees watched an average of 73% of the content, placing it considerably higher than comparable events.

Additionally, the event provided great insight for engagement rates, with an impressive number of attendees focused intently on the content.
